Should we avoid sunlight? The sun's rays also have a positive effect - they stimulate the production of vitamin D in our body, stimulate happiness hormones, and provide energy. However, part of the penetrating sunlight (better known as UVA, UVB) is harmful to our skin and body, and a cosmetic product - sun cream - serves to protect us from this. SPF cream is especially relevant during the summer, but without a doubt, this face and body skin care is necessary all year round - even in winter or on cloudy days.

Does sunscreen help prevent aging?

UVA rays, which cause skin aging processes, are active in all seasons. They are impressive even on days when we are indoors (through glass). Sunscreen is designed to protect against the sun's harmful rays. The level of protection is called SPF (from English Sun Protection Factor) - it should be chosen according to skin type and location, assessing how intense the sun will be.
